It is non-government and non-corporate, and it does not rely on a central database.
What Memdeklaro ID includes
Your self-chosen first name, surname, birth date, photo, signature, an ID number, and a notes field—so you can present yourself clearly.
What it does not include
It avoids place of birth, citizenship/stateless status, and parents’ names, helping you set boundaries while staying focused on who you are today.
